- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I wish I could give a negative star. I've never dealt with a company so rude, hostile, unhelpful, inept and irrational. The owner is the main reason for this. He is over reactive to an situation creating mountains out of mole hills. He's unwilling to even be reasoned with and takes an angry hostile tone when you try to talk to him. He has insulted the other professinals I'm working with in this transaction, good people trying to do thier job to the best of thier ability. When I moved to Brookings I was told this was the only title company in town. I decided it was worth the risk for the convenience. I was very wrong. I can't emphasise enough... USE SOMEONE ELSE.
